  • 会员9582：酒店交通方便，这次没有自驾，是坐的中旅大巴，本以为会曲折一点，结果非常方便，直接到酒店门口上下车。入住很顺利，前台服务也很热情，a1094特别细心，特意交代我们有什么不清楚的都可以随时咨询她。房间舒服，设施也都很齐全，还送了欢迎水果。买的是套票，入住的时候，工作人员帮我们录了人脸识别，刷脸直接进入温泉和景区，海洋温泉就在旁边，泡池多，有个无边际泳池温泉，正对大海，喜欢的朋友可以拍拍照，会很美。神秘岛也非常棒，只是由于时间关系，很多项目都还来不及体验，期待下次，还去再去。
  • 会员6649：海边环境非常不错，早晚散步吹吹海风很惬意。 服务也蛮贴心。前台A1213号工作人员看我们带了小朋友，特别安排给升级海景房，送了水果，还有水上乐园的票。 浴室下水有点慢，水漫出来流到旁边卫生间地板上都是。怕出来滑倒，只好拿浴巾铺地上吸水。希望以后改进。
  • 会员7712：总体来说是满意的，我跟男朋友自由行，下午三点左右到酒店入住，前台接待态度很友好，给我们主动带路到房间，其余的服务人员也态度很好，反映问题后也会积极解决 温泉池比较少，现代化那种网红拍照景点会多一点，比较坑的是空中温泉和海洋温泉是分开的，要去空中温泉需要加钱，加多少不知道，但看了网上的图片感觉不值 如果是吃货的话一定要自备零食之类的，那里宵夜只有烧烤，客房点餐比较贵，餐厅选择种类也很少，对吃货不太友好 我们玩了三天，第三天中午退房后去了神秘岛，说实话挺好玩的，有点意外，不是那种糊弄人的儿童乐园，是真的有大型机动游戏的，而且不少哦，当时跳楼机没开，没能玩有点失望
  • 会员1621：入住时前台特别细心的给我们讲解了套票的使用方法以及行程的安排，还特意加了小哥哥微信，到房间后发现已经提前准备好了欢迎果盘，有一点点小惊喜，景点的话温泉是比较有特色的，各式各样风格的泡池,特别是无边界泳池到了傍晚，给人一种面朝大海春暖花开的感觉，拍的照片也堪称一绝，绝对是打卡的好去处，酒店提供的早餐也是比较丰盛的，退房时还有免费停车码提供，特别表扬暖心的酒店前台小哥哥A1219，赞👍
